The Diploma in Performance Development Coaching explores in some depth how approaches such as TA and NLP are used effectively in the coaching environment, and supports participants in pursuing the development of areas of specific interest. Highly practical in structure, this modular programme encourages self and peer assessment through extensive coaching practice and is supported by participant’s own client work and regular supervision.
