The Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials is the latest addition to the portfolio of programmes from The Beech Consultancy's Centre for Performance Development.
Accredited by the Institute of Business Consulting, as part of the Chartered Management Institute, this programme develops the behaviours and skills necessary to deliver excellence in consultancy practice. The six day programme, spread over three modules, highlights the importance of consultancy capability within an organisation to encourage effective interpersonal and interdepartmental communications and to help deliver organisational success.
The programme is non-residential, though assistance is available if required to secure suitable local accommodation to suit your budget. Each day of the programme will commence at 9:00am and finish by 5:00pm. The modules will be interspersed with co-coaching activity and supported by individual tutorials to help develop personal learning.
In order to find out whether the programme is right for you, to understand more about the programme structure and to meet the facilitators, a no-obligation introductory day will be held for interested individuals prior to the programme.
