Coaching or Mentoring?
There is often confusion about the meaning of coaching and mentoring, and the terms are frequently used in the same sentence as if they are the interchangeable. It is important however to recognise there is a significant difference between the two approaches. Both are valid development tools, but are intended to achieve very different things.
