People Conference 2010
The Beech Consultancy celebrates last year's successes in our annual people conference.
Here at The Beech Consultancy we celebrated our annual people conference in April whereby we had the chance to celebrate the business success and continuous financial growth over the last year in what has been a difficult economic climate for most businesses.
What's more, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary! We celebrated our success over the last 10 years; how the business and its offerings have developed and grown. All of which we couldn't have done without the commitment and dedication of all our employees and the work we do with our clients. Thank you all!
The team had the chance to discuss the 3 strategic priorities we are continuing to progress with throughout 2010/11, focussing on delighting our clients, developing the consultancy and centre vision and promoting well-being and performance within the business.
Importantly the conference also gave us the opportunity to celebrate the people within our business and the individual performance that they have achieved throughout the last year.
Colleagues had the chance to vote for their peers in the Employee of the Year and Associate of the Year awards which were won by Peter Blackeby, Performance Development Coach/Facilitator and Jill Savage, Associate Performance Development Coach/Facilitator.
The Principal Consultants award for Outstanding Contribution of the Year was awarded to Hazel Tuck, Client Services Manager. One of our latest newcomers to the team, Vicky Brown, Client Services and Marketing Assistant was also given a gift for her significant contribution to the client services team.
