The Beech Consultancy Quality Statement
The Beech Consultancy recognises that it’s organisational reputation is reliant upon delivering consistently high quality services, products and client relationships. In order to be congruent in this, quality of all aspects of the businesses operations – internally as well as client facing – must be maintained through clear processes and feedback systems and clear individual responsibilities.
The Beech Consultancy has explored a number of quality standards to be aligned to, and has concluded that the most appropriate standard would be The Small Business Standard developed by the Institute of Quality Assurance. This standard highlights the following areas:
