As a performance development consultant I am authentic, curious, capable, challenging, insightful, articulate, creative, flexible, supportive, values – led, performance oriented and passionate about the opportunity to enable individuals, teams and organisations to have increased choice in their performance and development.

So … what feels important to me is that we set out to work together collaboratively on achieving change. We are clear about our opportunities and our challenges. We know that we will discover many new things about each other; that we will be honest with each other about our purpose, values and beliefs and what we can and cannot do.

That sometimes we will be unsure of what’s going to happen next but always clear that we will successfully get to where we need to be.

That we understand what our success looks like and utilise our energies to achieve this. That through our relationship we will each deliver added value in the form of personal and organisational learning and increased performance.

My core proposition is to engage with you, in your system, in a collaboration that enables your organisation to grow and develop in line with agreed measures for success.

My unique consultancy proposition comes about through a combined love of personal development and creative expression.

So … I can help you to understand your own story, the chapters that have already unfolded, the place where your bookmark currently lays, and offer you the quiet space in which to begin writing for yourself the multiple futures you could have; the tenacity to spend time on the word that gives new meaning to a whole sentence; the craft to edit and revise first drafts and the sense of organisational rhythm, pace and plot to walk with you to a fantastic ending.

My consultancy practice is built on a belief that all of our stories connect into each other – and that the outcome of a story depends much upon the intention of the ‘you’ as the writer. There will be a beginning, middle and an end.

In fact, there is a clear pathway for us to follow as we work together and this is the process we can use for engaging in consultancy. We Meet, We Talk, We Explore, We Develop, We Deliver, We Evaluate and We Close.

And perhaps, I hope, we meet again!
